Avalon is a national creator and distributor of natural and organic cosmetics, soaps and hair care products. The web site we built launched them into the world of e-commerce. The custom solution is fully integrated into their operations, with the web site supporting all aspects from billing to fulfillment. In addition to the consumer web site, we created a private extranet for Avalon's distribution customers to view individualized prices and order mass quantities. This transformation from fax and phone to the Internet for distributor and retailer relations has vastly improved their efficiency and ability to service a growing global market.
